How tiny things travel: shipping and returns

A two-inch toy still needs a box, a label and a van. Here is the route it takes and who is responsible at each stop.

The route

  1. You press the button on a product page. The listing opens at our retail partner.
  2. You order through the store's checkout. Delivery speed, cost and the estimated date are shown before you pay.
  3. The store packs and ships the order and sends you tracking.
  4. If anything is wrong, you open the order in your account with the store and choose the option that fits.

Five things that happen

The parcel is late or missing

Check the tracking in your order with the store. If it has stalled, their support can trace or replace it. We have no access to tracking.

A tiny piece is missing

Look inside the game's case and under the cardboard insert first, since small parts hide well. If it is truly missing, report it through your order so the store can replace the item.

It arrived damaged

Photograph the toy and the packaging, then start a return or replacement from your order. Do not throw the packaging away until it is settled.

It is not what I expected

Returns follow the store's policy, and the return window is shown on the listing. Unopened items are the simplest to send back.

It is a gift

Gift receipts and gift wrap, where the store offers them, are chosen at checkout. A gift recipient can usually return an item without the buyer being told the reason.

Small parts warning: miniatures are a choking hazard for children under 3. Please keep them, and their packaging ties, away from very young children.
