1. This is a catalogue, not a shop.

   The site shows miniatures and links to their listings. You do not buy anything from us here. A purchase is a contract between you and the store, under the store's terms.

2. Prices are a snapshot.

   We update prices regularly and show the month they were checked. The store can change a price or run out of stock at any time, and the price on the listing when you order is the one that counts.

3. Descriptions are careful, not guaranteed.

   We describe what each miniature does and how big it is as accurately as we can. Sizes are approximate. Where a product is an assortment, the item you receive may differ from the one pictured.

4. Reviews belong to the people who wrote them.

   Buyer reviews shown here are quoted from product listings. They are opinions of the buyers, not statements by us.

5. The names belong to their owners.

   World's Smallest, Poptaters and the names of the original toys and games are trademarks of their respective owners and appear here on officially licensed products.

6. Please do not copy the site.

   You may link to any page and quote short passages. Copying the text, images or layout for commercial use needs written permission.
